The pre-pay program also makes a wonderful gift for someone you love and want to support in a healthy lifestyle.

Choose from five, ten, or fifteen week plans. You may pay upfront by cash, check, or credit card. A receipt suitable for submitting to an employer is provided. You'll also receive a convenient card on which we will track the use of your weekly purchases.
